We are all alive but how many of us are actually living? How do you feel when you wake up in the morning, when you go to bed, when you are working or studying?

Happiness is not the lack of sadness. It is the result of being fulfilled with life. Of course, life is not perfect and things happen but it is in how we live our lives that we determine everything about how we feel - in the moment and long-term.

Instead of asking you how you feel or if you're happy, I'm going to ask you a question that sounds like it should be simple to answer. Is your live giving you what you feel like you want? And let's go one step farther. Does it look like you are going to be where you want to be in a year or two?

Perhaps things are great. If they are, you're already doing so many things right that you might not even know about. If not, let's see what we can do to make your life look more like what you want it to be and plan for a future that will give you happiness, fulfillment, and a healthy mind.
